I ordered my shirt with a 40% off deal and the website said free shipping if you’re bought $100.00 worth of product. When I went to check out the website would not let me. Two days later, I called customer service and they said the website was wrong and I had to spend $150 to get free shipping. I had already added another shirt and a t-shirt to get to the $100 level.
I told the customer service rep I expected them to honor what the website offered. They had three days to fix the website and they still hadn’t. The rep told me he would not honor the $100 free shipping. So I told him to cancel my order and I planned to leave a bad review. He said if I was going to be “that way” he would rebate me the shipping cost.
The shirts are quite nice but I still expect the company to honor what is advertised on their website without blow back from the customer service rep!
Shame on you guys!
