Flannel shirt and vest

The flannel shirt was a lot smaller than a normal XXL. In fact, it is closer to fitting my girlfriend who wears a medium in women's than it is to fitting me. The vest is a nice material but the collar is too short to fold over, and with the way it's designed it sticks up and hits my face. It's not very comfortable.

The lower rear pocket on these pants is less than 3 inches wide. The width on two earlier orders is 3 1/2 inches. My wallet fits in the earlier orders, but not the recent order.
Is this an error or redesign?
